The DTC brand launch strategy centered on storytelling as the foundation of the entire e-commerce experience. Every page was designed to communicate the heritage, the craft, and the intention behind each piece. The Shopify build wasn't a store with a story attached. It was a story with a store inside it. This wasn't just a platform migration; it was a full brand transformation. We worked closely with Payal to understand her creative vision, her audience, and the story she wanted to tell. From there, we defined the entire digital strategy: brand identity and logo design, a Shopify storefront built for both content and commerce, end-to-end UX design optimized for conversion, and a technical foundation built for long-term organic growth.

The Build

Platform Migration & AI-Powered Development - Migrated from a static Squarespace blog to a fully custom Shopify store. We used a combination of AI development tools (Claude Code for architecture and component development, Bolt.new and Replit for rapid prototyping, Cursor for code editing, and v0 by Vercel for UI generation) to deliver a production-quality storefront in a fraction of traditional development timelines.

Brand & Experience Design - Designed the complete brand identity from scratch (logo, color palette, typography, and visual language), then carried it through every touchpoint: product pages, recipe content, packaging photography direction, and the overall site experience. Every element was crafted to communicate 'heritage meets modern craft.'

SEO & AI Findability - Implemented comprehensive technical SEO and on-page optimization to maximize organic search visibility.
